TeleHealth Web Portal in the CLOUD
Directory of Healthcare Providers serves as a repository of the Doctor, Clinic, Hospital, Treatment Center, and Diagnostic Center Information.
Database is design to contain the following information.
- Doctors with Specialization.
- Clinics.
- Hospitals.
- Treatment Centers.
- Diagnostic Centers.
- Healthcare Providers are filtered by their address (e.g., Region, Province and City/Municipality).
Patient will access the TeleHealth Web Portal using the browser. They will have options to filter Patients can access the TeleHealth Web Portal in both web and mobile using the browser. They will have options to filter the information via address lookups (e.g., Region, Province, City/Municipality. Healthcare Provider and so on).
TeleHealth Landing and Login page
On the Landing Page of TeleHealth, users can find the Login and Register buttons. In addition, the page displays a variety of Healthcare Providers that can be searched within the TeleHealth directory.
After registering, users can access TeleHealth via the Login Page using their credentials sent to the email address provided during registration.
TeleHealth Registration
It allows Patients to register using their Information to access the Directory of Healthcare Providers – TeleHealth. Also, if patients are already registered in the following systems (listed below), they can also use their Credentials to access TeleHealth & vice versa.

Services page will display after successful registration. It contains information to view email that contains the Username & Password & Activation Code to be used as login credentials.
Easy and Fast Searching of Hospital, Clinics, Doctors, Treatment Centers and Diagnostic Centers
TeleHealth’s filtering feature makes it easy to search for healthcare providers such as hospitals, clinics, doctors, and diagnostic centers. These providers can be filtered by region, province, and city/municipality, making it easy to find relevant options. Additionally, the platform automatically displays healthcare providers based on the patient’s location, streamlining the search process.
