Vaccination Administration System (VacConnect) manages the Online Registration, Administration and Real Time Monitoring of doses. It records information of the different brands and batches of vaccines administered to the citizens. It uses QR Code to authenticate the identity and speed up the searching of Citizens names.
The Vaccination Administration System (VacConnect) Command Center dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the vaccination progress, displaying the total number of registered citizens, citizens with 1st and 2nd doses, and the total number of administered vaccines. It also handles the scheduling of citizens for vaccination.
The Command Center has a File Maintenance module that efficiently manages the tracking of Vaccine Information, Vaccinator Information, and Vaccination Center Information. Additionally, the data table in the Command Center can be easily filtered by region, province, and city/municipality, enabling efficient tracking and organization of data.
Citizens have two options to register for vaccination: they can either register online using the Vaccination Administration System (VacConnect) Registration or register in person at their designated vaccination center. Additionally, batch registration is available for LGUs with existing citizen data, streamlining the registration process for larger groups.
(VacConnect) Administration verifies a citizen’s eligibility for vaccination and records the vaccine brand and batch administered. This component also enables the configuration of vaccine information. With its location-based filter, (VacConnect) Administration can display citizen records in a selected locality, such as a region, province, city/municipality, or vaccination center.
